Our service fees cover consultation, file preparation, translation assistance, and appointment booking support. These fees are strictly non-refundable once the service process has commenced, regardless of the final decision made by the Embassy or Consulate regarding your visa application.
The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the Italian diplomatic missions. ItalieVisa does not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application. Our role is strictly advisory and administrative to maximize your chances of success.
